ACCOUNT DELETION
You may permanently delete your Optimus account at any time by using the “Delete Account” option available within the Optimus Optimus Invoice Maker and Estimates mobile app under Settings.
Upon account deletion, all associated personal data will be permanently removed from our systems, except where retention is required by law.
SUBSCRIPTIONS AND PAYMENTS
All subscriptions and in-app purchases within the Optimus Invoice Maker and Estimates mobile app are processed securely through Apple’s In-App Purchase system. Optimus does not collect or store payment card information.
Subscription management, including cancellation and renewal, is handled through the user’s Apple ID account settings.
SIGN IN WITH APPLE
If you choose to sign in using Sign in with Apple, we may receive your name and email address (or an Apple-generated private relay email). This information is used solely for account creation and authentication. “used by us to contact you for marketing and advertising purposes” replace with below used by us to communicate important service-related updates and product information related to Optimus services.
CHANGES TO OUR PRIVACY STATEMENT
We reserve the right to change this Privacy Statement and our Terms of Use at any time. We will alert you to any changes by posting a revised Privacy Statement on the website, Optimus Invoice Maker and Estimates mobile app, and related services and updating the "Last Updated" date to indicate the date of such changes, and you waive any right to receive specific notice of each such change. It is your responsibility to periodically review the Privacy Statement to stay informed of updates.
